Private space: Each site has private offices, conference rooms, and individual spaces if you need privacy.
Lab help: Our lab team is always there to help whether it’s working with your equipment, or EHS storage and maintenance.
Office amenities: We’re more than just lab space – we have free wifi/internet and on-site concierge support.
Engagement help: We offer all Portal members with help to amplify their story with help writing releases and social posting.
On-site eats: Our fridge and common areas are stocked with beverages, coffee, and food – you and your team won’t go hungry.
Pricing structure
Portal membership is designed with startups in mind — you only pay for what you need, whether that’s a desk, a lab bench, or both. With your membership, you unlock full access to everything required to build your company: shared lab equipment, on-site support, furnished office space, high-speed Wi-Fi, and shared amenities like kitchens and conference rooms. We offer competitive rates in every ecosystem, and once you sign up with Portal, you can work in any of our locations.

Every Portal space is the same… but different. Our lab team specifically design each area to maximize logistics. However, we love adding a unique twist based on geographic region for each location. It’s fun, eye-catching, and amazing no matter where you work.
